If you suspect neglect or abuse and would like a TSHR member to assess the situation, please contact us with as much information as possible, including name, address and phone number of the horse owner (if known).

Please provide us with as much detailed information as possible to help TSHR evaluate the situation.  If animal control or law enforcement has been involved, please let us know.  All reports to TSHR are held in strict confidence and your name will not be released.
