One of the most popular ways of supporting TSHR is through our sponsorhip program.  Maybe you have always dreamed of owning a horse but for some reason that dream has yet to be realized.  You can keep that dream alive by sponsoring a Trusting Spirit Horse Rescue horse.

We have several horses that are permanent residents due to their special care needs, injuries or abuse.  Some of the horses that arrive at our facility are in need of special care - vet & farrier care, medicine, supplements or just time to recover & rehabilitate.  Regardless of their condition we are committed to allowing them to live out the remainder of their lives in a stress free and safe environment.  Some of these horses require extensive care and having more than one sponsor is a wonderful gift, so please consider being a sponsor for one of our wonderful horse residents.

If yu're unable to commit to a monthly sponsorship at this time, but would still like ot help, we appreciate anything you can do!  Even $5 can purcahse a bag of feed or two months' worth of wormer for a horse.  We will GLADLY accept any donation.

What Does it Cost to Care for a Horse?

• $7.00 will purchase one bag of grain and feed four horses for one day
• $10.00 will purchase one bale of hay and feed two horses for one day
• $12.00 will purchase one tube of equine wormer and worm a horse for one month
• $35.00 will trim one horses's hooves
• $90.00 will put shoes on one horse for 8 weeks
• $120.00 will pay for corrective shoes for one horse for 8 weeks
• $150.00 can provide dental care to one horse
